In General Management, we draw on the varied expertise and experience offered by each individual team to optimally support Tim and Sebastian, our Managing Directors. We are also the gateway to all other departments, so we have the opportunity to get to know individual TIMOs and what they do. Strategic Project Management, Assistants, Office Management and Company Spokesman work together with Tim and Sebastian to implement new ideas and projects and achieve the best possible results. With our TIMOCOM marketplace, we offer our customers a variety of products and services, with which we support companies from production and trade as well as freight forwarders and carriers in arranging transport orders in road freight transport. TIMOCOM attaches great importance to intuitive usability so that logistical challenges can be mastered more easily.

The TIMOCOM freight exchange enables companies to find and offer freight offers quickly and easily.

By connecting supply and demand, empty runs are avoided and vehicle utilization is increased.

With integrated route planning and the option of exchanging documents directly via the platform, the Road Freight solution offers a convenient and efficient solution for the logistics industry.

With live shipment tracking from TIMOCOM, companies can track the status of their shipments in real time.

Everyone involved in transportation knows at all times where their shipments are, whether they have already been loaded and when the truck will reach the unloading point.

Thanks to the calculation of the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) and automatic status messages, time-consuming phone calls, emails and WhatsApp messages are a thing of the past.

TIMOCOM offers a variety of interfaces, such as the freight exchange interface, transport orders and tracking, which allow the Road Freight Service to be integrated into existing systems.

FAQ on applying and onboarding

  1. Application: We recommend applying using our online application tool. You can find the link in every job post. We only need your contact information and your resume – no need to write a cover letter. 
  2. Interview: We want to get to know you in person. After an initial phone interview, you will speak to your prospective department and our recruiters; the atmosphere is relaxed, and we will discuss expectations, what you want from the position, framework conditions and so on. Of course there will be plenty of time for you to ask questions. 
  3. Meeting day: Is the chemistry right? You will have a chance to get to know the people you will be working with. There might be a small work task waiting to help you warm up. The duration of the meeting day varies and depends on the position to be filled. The schedule will be customised to suit you and the job you are applying for.  
  4. Decision: Afterwards you will have time to review your impressions of the company and we will take some time to consider your application. In just a few days, we will get back to you, hopefully to discuss your onboarding process as a new TIMO.

Onboarding will be customised to suit you and your position, and structured based on company guidelines. You will be assigned a buddy to help you through the process: a TIMO who is doing an apprenticeship or work-based degree with us, ready to help you if you have any questions, work related or otherwise.
