What began as a bold start-up in Erkrath, close to Düsseldorf, is now one of the most successful mid-sized IT and data logistics industry specialists in Europe. And our Sales employees are one of the driving forces behind that development. They are responsible for company growth. We offer tailored professional development programs, a variety of options on our eLearning platform, and a strong community, so our Sales Department TIMOs can keep their professional expertise up to date and continue to learn and grow, allowing them to create the optimal customer experience. We want more than just a signature on a dotted line – we are committed to creating sustainable customer loyalty: our goal is to understand each individual customer’s needs and find customised solutions to meet those needs, all while offering first-class customer service. That’s how we exceed customer expectations – in 46 different European countries! Our Sales experts use their native language to introduce potential customers to our products as part of the onboarding process, and are available above and beyond that process as capable company contacts for their customers. In addition to acquiring new customers, our Sales Team are the face of the company when prospective customers get in touch; they carry out needs assessments, organise contracts and manage existing customer relationships.

We support our managers individually according to their needs, with a structured, strategic approach: after an analysis, we discuss strengths and areas where there is room for growth, and then work together to set new goals. FAQ on applying and onboarding
- Application: We recommend applying using our online application tool. You can find the link in every job post. We only need your contact information and your resume – no need to write a cover letter.
- Interview: We want to get to know you in person. After an initial phone interview, you will speak to your prospective department and our recruiters; the atmosphere is relaxed, and we will discuss expectations, what you want from the position, framework conditions and so on. Of course there will be plenty of time for you to ask questions.
- Meeting day: Is the chemistry right? You will have a chance to get to know the people you will be working with. There might be a small work task waiting to help you warm up. The duration of the meeting day varies and depends on the position to be filled. The schedule will be customised to suit you and the job you are applying for.
- Decision: Afterwards you will have time to review your impressions of the company and we will take some time to consider your application. In just a few days, we will get back to you, hopefully to discuss your onboarding process as a new TIMO.
